Explores Buddhist culture, monastic architectures, and religious related-leisure sites across Asia, including monuments, museums, amusement parks, and other public leisure. Exhibits attempts to brinf new architectures into old monastic sites, as well as Buddhist ecumenism in public leisure places found in Nepal, Japan, Korean, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam. Exemplifies Lek Wiriyaphan’s Sanctuary of Truth in Thailand, Suoi Tien Amusement Park in Saigon, and Si Fa Zhao’s tea house in Singapore.
